Hope this letter finds you and your family in the best of health. I am writing to let you know that I may be on the worldwide internet by the time you receive this letter. Most all the letters I wrote to you Bill Clinton and Al Gore will be on the OWLF site. If you, Bill, or Al object that for any reason, please let me know. I'll know what's going to happen in the next few days. I am enclosing a copy of letters, I just faxed to the white house for Bill, giving him my opinion on the Columbian drug problem
