Dear Leon:

I hope you received my letter I sent yesterday the twenty-first. It is very important that it is understood. You are one of the only people I trust with the information. The additional information I plan on sending you could make great change in the system for the positive, for all mankind. Obviously these are not small matters in how it affects good people in the U.S.A. and around the word. I hope that I am not to burden you, but that you might forward the information. It is God's will that I do this once again and hopefully for the last time. I am more interested in manifesting the vision now or when it's possible. A bit off the subject, but I am enclosing a testimonial of a healing I did back in 1991 for one of your neighbors in Carmel Valley. I don't know his whereabouts now. He had a similar problem as Bill, I believe he told me the doctor's suggested operating, if there wasn't improvement, in a short time from when I met him .If Bill should have any residual problem on the area. I would be happy to alleviate this problem for him.
