Dear Leon:

I hope this letter finds you in greater light and peace than ever before and all is well with Silvia and family. Enclosed is another Panetta tape, hope you find it interesting. My message on it is for Bill Clinton to personally sit down with Saddam at the White House there he could resolve the problems without another war on the planet. I am hoping that you might discuss this possibility with him before it is too late. It's not about who has more firepower. It's about who has more conscious power in the light. For if it is settled in the light it will bring more light around the world. And if it seems to get settled with more destruction then that will set that example once again around the globe. And it certainly will not help or settle terrorism. It will most likely cause it to come to the U.S.A. and Israel.
