September 13, 2001 Dear Hillary & Bill:
I hope this message letter doesn’t find you too heavy in the heart over the Trade Center catastrophe in New York. Obviously there’s a reason for everything out there. I’ve been trying to stay as detached emotionally as possible. It’s a horrific event that took place. I am sure I covered such possibilities in my letters or tapes that I’ve been sending you over the past eight years. This is my message to you in order to prevent and stop terrorism [USA] and then worldwide. Only through light consciousness, God consciousness, not the dark side can it work. Retribution on a full- scale level will create negative karma and come back at a greater level. I am sure I mentioned somewhere over the years of messages that the terrorists have plutonium purchased from Russia in my estimation. I am sure president Putnin could confirm one way or another. Bill you need to get involved on a humanitarian basis. And I would like to join you on the mission of light for the world towards World Peace, together we can do it. Keep in mind you are the most respected person in America by the Arab people. They will count on you to turn things around, and I guarantee it can be done.
